Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss nurturing yourself in the higher dimensional energy.

Much new higher dimensional energy is reaching your planet. This offers you the opportunity to assimilate it into your own energy field as you continue on your ascension path.

This assimilation is much easier when you nurture yourself.

When you nurture yourself, you can tune out the outer noise more easily. You are less likely to be swayed by what others want you to do. You become centered and in tune with your internal guidance. Your inner knowing is clearer. You are able to discern what is a good fit for you and what is not at your current point of ascension.

This provides you with the opportunity to let go of what is no longer a good fit for you in order to make energetic space for what can help you move forward on your ascension path. You may have completed certain steps on your path, and now you are ready to take the next ones. When you nurture yourself, you are providing the energetic opening for this new awareness and for higher consciousness.

You are honoring the Divine when you nurture yourself. You carry a Divine Spark within your heart center, and this connects you with All That Is. You honor this connection as you nurture yourself. You are expressing profound Love and gratitude for this connection. You are acknowledging that you are part of the collective consciousness of Creation. You recognize yourself as the precious Being of Light that you are.

The more you nurture yourself, the greater your awareness of this connection becomes.

Nurturing yourself allows you to harmonize all of your energy on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

For example, if you nurture yourself by relaxing your physical body, your emotional and mental bodies may relax also, and your spiritual body may shift to a higher level of consciousness.

The ways you nurture yourself will depend on what calls to you and where you are on your path at the moment. You may choose activities that are quiet and done in solitude, or you may prefer to be part of a group activity. You may alternate between different activities, or you may decide to tune in to see what calls to you at the moment.

For example, you may decide on one day that you want to meditate alone, and on another day, you want to be part of a group activity. It is not an either-or situation. It is honoring what calls to you at the moment.

The important part is to choose ways to nurture yourself that resonate with you. It doesn’t matter whether your choices are what someone else does. You are a unique and special Being. What calls to you is likely to be aligned with what you need at that moment. When you nurture yourself in a way that resonates with you, you are honoring yourself at the moment.

This allows you to rise to higher consciousness because you are connecting with your Soul. You are in the flow. As this occurs, your attention shifts to higher aspects and ways of being.

You become aware of yourself as part of the greater collective of Beings of Light. You remember that Love and highest good are overarching themes of higher consciousness.

When this occurs, you begin to find ways to express these qualities in daily life. You may smile at someone. You may send healing Light to humanity, or you may begin to observe situations from a higher perspective.

As you do this, your own consciousness rises to a higher level, and you are a part of highest good.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are nurturing yourself and rising to higher consciousness. We are with you as we work together for highest good.

Know that you are greatly loved.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss silence and higher consciousness.

You are living in a time of many incoming and changing energetic patterns. As this occurs, existing patterns are being rearranged into new ones. Portions of the old energy that do not serve highest good are being released and transmuted into Light.

This is a normal occurrence as the planet and humanity move forward on the ascension path. Patterns of lower vibrating energy are not compatible with the higher frequencies that exist in the upper dimensions.

This changing and repatterning may feel unsettling at times. If you are not ready to let go of the old patterns, you may feel challenged to release comfortable and familiar ways. You may feel apprehensive about the unknown. At other times, you may embrace the new energy and eagerly welcome it. There may be patterns you are ready to release and others that you would like to keep.

These feelings have the appearance of being in opposition. However, they are two points of expression seeking to take the next step. At times the rapidity of change can create a need for extra grounding and focus as you move forward.

During these changes, personal times of silence can be a retreat and a place of nurturance. They can be considered a time out for you to clear your energy field and return to your inner center of peace.

A time of silence also allows you to consider the gifts of the new energy.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss the Light of higher consciousness.

A new wave of consciousness is enveloping your planet and those who inhabit it. With each new wave of incoming higher frequency energy, you are invited to expand your awareness and raise your consciousness to a higher level and carry a greater quotient of Light.

The new, higher consciousness carries an intention of highest good. Thoughts are aligned with this intention, and the actions that flow from them carry out this higher purpose.

The illusions of separation and duality do not exist at this higher plane. Souls recognize that they are part of the greater collective that burst forth from the Creator.

They realize that because they are all connected, whatever affects one Being affects everyone. Therefore, their thoughts and actions are in accordance with this understanding and are carefully monitored and considered before being acted upon.

Each thought carries a unit of energy or Light. The emotion that accompanies the thought determines the strength of the energy. A more intense emotion will carry a stronger amount of energy than one that is mild. As each thought is processed with the accompanying emotion, the energy from it ripples out into the dimensions. It is no longer just what affects one individual. It affects many Beings on many levels.Read more »

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss your luminous energy body.

You are a Soul inhabiting a beautiful, luminous body of energy. It shimmers and glistens as you go throughout your daily routine. It can be compared to a dance where every movement brings about a new expression of emotion and awareness. Your luminous body radiates the colors of awareness that you are experiencing at that moment. It is a flowing dance of ever-changing color and frequency.

In the Higher Realms, we watch you as you move from thought to thought, from emotion to emotion, and from activity to activity. Watching your beautiful dance is like a moving symphony of energy with varying color, Light, and frequency. We are able to view your beautiful Soul from this perspective as you go throughout life. We can see how each thought or emotion affects your luminous body, and we send you Love with each change.

As you are aware, the frequency of your energy body comprises your Energetic Signature, which is how you are known and recognized in the Higher Realms.

With this awareness, you may wish to consider your body from a higher perspective.

When you do this, it may appear as a glowing, luminous body which you can see through. It may have a translucent appearance that is filled with Light. You may become aware that it is flowing and changing rather than being fixed or solid.Read more »

WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss embracing the present moment.

The energy is moving very rapidly. As the higher vibrational frequencies reach your planet and interact with frequencies of a lower vibration, the lower vibrational energy will adjust to accommodate that of a higher vibration.

When this adjustment occurs, situations change. People may change. You may even find yourself changing.

In order to determine how you can more easily incorporate the new energy, we would like to emphasize the importance of remaining in the present moment.

When you embrace the present moment, you are aware of yourself, those around you, and your surroundings. You are aware of how you feel. You notice your family and friends, and you are aware of situations.

You may find that you are no longer attracted to activities that you were previously drawn to. You may find that you no longer want to eat the same foods. You may feel yourself wanting to explore new topics.Read more »

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss the nurturing qualities of Love.

Love is a much-discussed concept. Sometimes it is thought of in romantic terms, and other times the concept goes far beyond an emotional state. We wish for you to consider Love in an expanded state and think of it as a vibration.

Love as a vibration encompasses a wide range of spiritual qualities. There is the warm feeling you get in your heart center when you think of someone for whom you have special feelings. This may be a partner or other family member, a friend, or someone who has done something kind for you.

It can also extend to pets and the animal kingdom. You may feel Love when you are in nature and admire the beautiful plants, the rocks, and the oceans and rivers. The various kingdoms of humans, animals, plants, and minerals inspire great awe when you view them with gratitude. This leads to a feeling of Love as a vibration.

As you experience the beauty of nature, you may feel a Oneness with All That Is.

This can lead you to consider the other qualities of Love as a vibration. It is often expressed in many ways.Read more »
