Silence and Higher Consciousness

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss silence and higher consciousness.

You are living in a time of many incoming and changing energetic patterns. As this occurs, existing patterns are being rearranged into new ones. Portions of the old energy that do not serve highest good are being released and transmuted into Light.

This is a normal occurrence as the planet and humanity move forward on the ascension path. Patterns of lower vibrating energy are not compatible with the higher frequencies that exist in the upper dimensions.

This changing and repatterning may feel unsettling at times. If you are not ready to let go of the old patterns, you may feel challenged to release comfortable and familiar ways. You may feel apprehensive about the unknown. At other times, you may embrace the new energy and eagerly welcome it. There may be patterns you are ready to release and others that you would like to keep.

These feelings have the appearance of being in opposition. However, they are two points of expression seeking to take the next step. At times the rapidity of change can create a need for extra grounding and focus as you move forward.

During these changes, personal times of silence can be a retreat and a place of nurturance. They can be considered a time out for you to clear your energy field and return to your inner center of peace.

A time of silence also allows you to consider the gifts of the new energy.

The incoming energy is inviting you to embrace higher consciousness.

Incorporating times of silence can help you use this incoming energy to make higher consciousness your way of being. As you do this, you can automatically view events from a higher dimensional perspective. You can serve as a bridge of consciousness from the third dimension to the higher levels.

Observing silence is part of this bridge. When you are silent, the outer distractions fade away, and a bridge of Light is there to connect you with the higher dimensions. As this occurs, you are moving forward on your ascension path.

Selecting your own method for observing silence is a very individual matter. You may have a favorite spot where you like to sit, or you may feel comfortable in any location.

The environment can be whatever calls to you at the moment. When you let your feelings guide you in this, you are in the flow.

As you begin each time of observing silence, you may wish to close your eyes and focus on your breath. Let your attention turn inward to your heart center and feel the peace that resides there. Your Divine Spark also resides there and connects you with All That Is.

As you continue to focus on the peace within your heart center, you may feel a stillness begin to settle around you. The outer activities of the third dimension fade away, and you can let your attention flow to a higher level of consciousness.

When you begin to attune to the higher consciousness, the third dimension takes its place as one level in the greater plan of Creation. As your awareness flows to the higher levels, you have an expanded understanding of events and your surroundings. You recognize the importance of highest good and incorporating it into your thoughts, feelings, and actions. You can see the bigger picture from the viewpoint of a detached observer.

The more you observe times of silence, the more you will be able to tune in to higher consciousness. You will carry your bubble of peaceful silence with you throughout your daily routine, and it will become your default way of being. You will begin to view events from both a third dimensional level as well as from a higher dimensional one. Your expanded consciousness will be like a bridge of Light that provides this connection. Your own Light benefits those around you and ripples out into the dimensions. You are a Light for highest good.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are observing times of silence and focusing on higher consciousness. We are with you as you move forward for highest good.
