Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss embracing the present moment.

The energy is moving very rapidly. As the higher vibrational frequencies reach your planet and interact with frequencies of a lower vibration, the lower vibrational energy will adjust to accommodate that of a higher vibration.

When this adjustment occurs, situations change. People may change. You may even find yourself changing.

In order to determine how you can more easily incorporate the new energy, we would like to emphasize the importance of remaining in the present moment.

When you embrace the present moment, you are aware of yourself, those around you, and your surroundings. You are aware of how you feel. You notice your family and friends, and you are aware of situations.

You may find that you are no longer attracted to activities that you were previously drawn to. You may find that you no longer want to eat the same foods. You may feel yourself wanting to explore new topics.

Your energy has shifted to a higher frequency, and what feels right for you has changed.

For example, when you are selecting your clothes for the day, you may notice that they no longer feel like you. Even the items that you wore last week may not call to you. It may be the color, the style, or any combination of things. They just don’t feel right for you.

As you review your activities, you are able to notice when situations have shifted. Activities that previously made your heart sing may fill you with a sense of dread as you consider participating in them. You want to do something entirely different, or you may want to just be and not do anything.

By embracing the present moment, you are aware that something has shifted.

The activity itself may have changed, or others involved in the activity may have changed. Or, your perception of the situation may have shifted.

You can notice the subtle nuances that tell you that you are moving to a higher vibrational level.

When this occurs, you are not making a judgment. You are simply making an observation. You are honoring yourself by acknowledging that you are incorporating the higher energy and that you are moving forward on your ascension path.

The energy is always moving, especially as the higher vibrational energy is being incorporated. It can affect you, those around you, and situations. Because you are shifting your energy, your perception is changing.

When you embrace the present moment and are aware of the energy it contains, you are being offered an opportunity to move forward on your ascension path.

You can evaluate what you want to keep and what you want to change. You become more aware of others around you and how the energy is affecting them. You notice if situations are different.

By being aware of the subtle nuances of the changing energy, you are able to observe these situations from a higher perspective. You realize that the energy is always moving and flowing.

As you remain in the present moment, you are viewing things from a different, and often higher, perspective. Recognizing this distinction allows you to observe the change without judgment. You recognize that it is just a situation that can have a different appearance as you incorporate the higher vibrational energy.

The more you embrace the present moment, the more you can be aware of these shifts. Then you can make adjustments that feel compatible with where you are on your ascension path.

This allows you to move higher more easily.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are embracing the present moment and using this awareness for highest good.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss the nurturing qualities of Love.

Love is a much-discussed concept. Sometimes it is thought of in romantic terms, and other times the concept goes far beyond an emotional state. We wish for you to consider Love in an expanded state and think of it as a vibration.

Love as a vibration encompasses a wide range of spiritual qualities. There is the warm feeling you get in your heart center when you think of someone for whom you have special feelings. This may be a partner or other family member, a friend, or someone who has done something kind for you.

It can also extend to pets and the animal kingdom. You may feel Love when you are in nature and admire the beautiful plants, the rocks, and the oceans and rivers. The various kingdoms of humans, animals, plants, and minerals inspire great awe when you view them with gratitude. This leads to a feeling of Love as a vibration.

As you experience the beauty of nature, you may feel a Oneness with All That Is.

This can lead you to consider the other qualities of Love as a vibration. It is often expressed in many ways.

When thinking of the ways to express it, you may wish to consider giving Love to yourself as well as to others. When you are gentle and caring with yourself first, this allows you to have a clear energy field. Then you are able to transmit a gentle, Loving vibration to others. Each expression of Love for others begins within yourself, and then it flows outward.

With each quality of Love, ask your Higher Self to bathe your entire energy field with this aspect. Feel it saturate and fill each part of your Being until you experience the nurturing quality it embodies. Then you are ready to share this aspect with others.

There are many nurturing qualities and expressions of Love as a vibration for you to consider in the gentle flow of energy.

You may express Love as an act of kindness for another. You may smile at someone or hold the door for them. You may let them go ahead of you when checking out at the grocery store. As you perform an act of kindness, you may likely feel the warmth of Love in your heart center as you connect with the Oneness of all of Creation. Even the smallest act of kindness allows this connection to occur.

Another way you can express Love is accepting each person as an individual. You are aware that each person came to carry out a special mission and that not everyone will like or appreciate the things that you do. Being gentle with yourself as you carry out your mission is nurturing yourself with the quality of Love.

Accepting another person and their mission does not mean that you have to agree with what they do. It simply means acknowledging that they have a Divine Spark and a unique mission, just as you do. This allows you to feel Love when you realize that you each burst forth from the Great Creator and that you share a Divine connection.

Forgiveness is also an aspect of Love. There may be occasions in your life when you wish that you had not said or done something. Forgiving yourself is an act of Love. When you look at the situation and realize the lesson it contains, you can forgive yourself and know that you will take a different course of action the next time. When you approach it this way, your energy field has been cleared, and this is an act of Love.

This same principle applies to forgiving others. When you forgive them, you are applying a quality of Love, which clears your energy field and allows you to move forward. It also keeps the door open for future interactions with the person you have forgiven.

As you continue to consider the many ways you can express the qualities of Love, you may realize that in its expanded form, it helps to reinforce the Oneness of all of humanity and Creation. Realizing this Oneness is one of the greatest qualities of Love. It helps you to transcend third-dimensional situations and to view them from a higher perspective. When do you this, your nurturing Love ripples out from you to all of humanity and throughout the multidimensions. You are an energetic Being expressing the nurturing qualities of Love.

Beloved, we are happy that you are expressing the nurturing qualities of Love for all of Creation. You are a great Light throughout the multidimensions.

Know that you are greatly Loved.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss your expanding mission.

You are aware that when you came into this incarnation, you had a mission that you would play. You were endowed with the abilities, traits, and circumstances to help you carry it out. You were placed in the geographic location that would enable you to be where you needed to be to realize your mission.

As we have discussed with you on other occasions, your mission is unique to you. Even though others may have similar missions, yours is special and unique to you. No one else has the exact same set of skills and experiences that you have. This allows you to be where you need to be for your special role. Your mission can be considered as a thread in a beautiful tapestry. If your thread were to be removed, the tapestry design would not be complete. It is the same with your mission. You have a unique role to play.

With the increasing influx of new energy, you are now being given an opportunity to expand your mission. This does not mean that you abandon your current mission. It simply means expanding it to a wider perspective.

One of the ways you can do this is to carry out your mission with the intention for the highest and best good of all concerned. When you approach it in this way, you are inviting in the Higher Beings of Light to assist you.

You can also widen your perspective to include possibilities that may not currently be in your scope of awareness. These are things that are visible in the Higher Realms that are not always apparent on your Earth plane. This is why it is important to ask for the highest and best good for all.

You can expand your mission by expanding your awareness, which we have recently discussed with you. Your mission may look one way when it is viewed from a third dimensional level, and it may have a completely different appearance when approached from a wider and higher perspective.

It is similar to being in the middle of a crowd as compared to looking down at the crowd from several levels above it. When you are standing in the middle of the crowd, you notice who is in front of you, what they are wearing, and how they are standing. You notice the small details. However, when you are looking at the crowd from above, you have a wider perspective of the group as a whole. You may see something that was not visible when you were in the middle of the crowd. You may see a pattern that is formed across the crowd, such as the type of clothing that many of them are wearing and their mood and energy.

In working with your expanded mission, it is helpful to view things from both perspectives. You are already likely to know what your mission looks like from the third dimensional perspective. Now, you may find it helpful to expand your view to one of a higher dimensional level. It is similar to a telescope or a microscope when you focus in closely and then expand your view out. Some details can be seen in a close view, while others become apparent at a wider perspective.

When you view your mission from both perspectives, you are able to be of greatest service because you are asking for the highest and best good of all. You are inviting the Higher Beings to show you additional possibilities and ways of carrying out your mission.

You can also expand your mission to a multidimensional level if this is your desire. When this occurs, your awareness includes dimensions beyond the third one where you currently are. It does not mean you have to embrace each perspective that you may encounter. It simply means having an awareness that other dimensions exist and that your actions on this dimension can ripple out into the multidimensions.

With this awareness you realize that your thoughts, intentions, and actions regarding your mission take on an even greater importance. The need to ask for highest good becomes more apparent.

Because the earth is a free-will planet, you can select the level of awareness that you feel is appropriate for you at the time. The possibility remains open for you to expand your mission whenever you feel called to do so.

Beloveds, we are grateful to you for carrying out your mission for greatest good and for considering expanding this mission to a wider and higher level.

WE ARE Archangel Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss embracing expanded awareness.

You are being presented with many opportunities to expand your awareness as the higher frequency energy continues to reach your planet. It offers you many possibilities to move forward on your ascension path and to work for highest good.

The new energy brings an array of options that exist simultaneously in the higher realms. In the quantum field, they are already present and exist as unlimited potential, even though you may not be consciously aware of them.

They are there waiting for you to select the one that you would like to choose as the next step on your ascension path. You are able to bring this into manifestation through your thoughts and emotions.

Before you can manifest your next step, it is necessary to be aware of the possibilities that are awaiting you.

Expanding your awareness allows you to explore a greater range of options. This begins with a realization that there are things beyond your current knowledge. It implies an openness to explore new avenues and realms for expanded possibilities. Being aware of these realms does not mean that you will automatically select them. It just means being open to receive and examine new ideas.

This process begins with a willingness to be open to an expanded awareness. You may wish to set an intention for this. When you have an open mind and a desire to know what else might be available, you can relax into the possibilities. Opening your awareness is similar to letting the Light shine through a portal. The more you focus on the portal and the Light, the more it will expand. Then, your boundaries can become flexible rather than rigid.

As you become more relaxed about the possibilities, you can approach this from a ”What if … “ type of perspective. You may think about all of the ways that boundaries have been opened in the past … things such as the concept that your earth is round, that reincarnation has been documented, and that photos of other planets have been taken. When you realize that expanding awareness has been a part of humanity for many ages, you can picture yourself as part of an ongoing process that has occurred for eons.

You can approach it from a point of wanting to know what concepts you might find to be just what you have been looking for. It does not mean that you have to accept whatever might come into your awareness. It simply means being willing to relax and look at the possibilities and then discern what is right for you.

The benefits of embracing expanded awareness are many. It provides you an opportunity to continue to move forward on your ascension path by taking a look at higher concepts. You may find that you can look at situations with an expanded perspective. They may not seem as clear cut when viewed with an expanded consciousness. Instead of being an either-or situation, you are able to see the many shades of variation and subtleties. You may gain an entirely new perspective about others and their views.

Even if you decide that the new possibilities do not resonate with you at this point, you have made strides on your ascension path simply by your willingness to expand your awareness.

The more you are willing to expand your awareness, the more new concepts will be presented to you for consideration. This allows you to discern and select the ones that resonate with you and your path.

As you continue with this process, it becomes a natural pattern for you, and you continue to rise to higher levels on your ascension path.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are embracing expanded awareness and that you are using this for highest good.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today we wish to discuss appreciating the Oneness of creation.

The concept of Oneness is especially important as you go about your daily life in a third-dimensional environment. Very often many people with whom you interact view themselves as separate from others. They may see situations as either-or or us and them. They may focus on differences rather than similarities. This is very understandable as the third-dimensional perspective focuses on external appearances, geographic locations, belief systems, and other conditions. This perspective deals with what is seen externally rather than what exists within a person on a higher level.

When these aspects are viewed from a multidimensional perspective, an entirely different understanding may emerge. An appreciation for the Oneness of creation is possible.

Creation is one of the miracles that was given to us by the Creator.

As we think about creation, we wish to look at it as a field of unlimited possibility from which all Beings were formed and in which all Beings exist. When you think of the Creator as Infinite, you are able to view creation as an unlimited field of energy and potential.

All Beings initially existed in an unmanifested state of pure potential energy. If you think of this as a vast field of energy, you can see the Oneness of the potential. Everything existed in a homogeneous state.

As the Infinite began to create potential paths for Beings from this vast field of energy, the differentiation of races, characteristics, and interests began. These were the possibilities for each Being / Soul to experience in the various incarnations on their sojourns throughout the Universe. Each potential path would have a different external appearance and living condition. Each Being would also be given the skills and abilities needed for each specific incarnation.

However, each Being would retain its original Divine Spark at its core. This would be the guiding force to remain with each Being throughout its many sojourns. It would be the aspect that retained a connection with the Creator, even though the Being might lose its awareness of this at times.

You are now living in a time where your awareness of the Oneness of creation has been awakened.

When you have an appreciation of the Oneness, this allows you to move forward on your ascension path.

The connection to creation through your Divine Spark allows you to pursue your own individual path that is in alignment with your Divine purpose while remaining a part of the Oneness. You do not have to conform to a path that is not aligned with your Divine purpose. You also do not need to question another person about the path they have chosen. They are pursuing the path and lessons that their Soul contracted to learn prior to incarnating in this current lifetime.

The beauty of the Oneness is that you are part of the infinite energy, as is everyone else. Your part is to be true to your own unique path and to honor and respect the path that others have chosen. You do not have to agree with their decision, but you can respect that they also have a Divine Spark and that they are pursuing what their Soul chose prior to this incarnation.

You are aware that each individual is making a unique contribution for the well-being of the greater good. There is no judgment as to the station in life that the individual has chosen for this incarnation. Each Being has experienced many different stations in life, and each sojourn contributed to the learning of the Soul as well as making a contribution to the Oneness.

With this awareness, you are able to focus on your role in the Oneness while appreciating the roles that others are playing. You can feel gratitude for the skills, abilities, and contributions that others are making. And you can feel love and gratitude that you and all other Beings contain a Spark of the Divine that connects you in the Oneness.

You can strengthen this connection by focusing on your Divine Spark and realizing that you are connected to the Oneness through it. The more you focus on it, the stronger this awareness and connection will become. When you ask for the greatest good of all, the connection and realization are increased, and you are carrying out your role with a high intention of greatest good. This increases the Light that you are shining and sending forth throughout the multidimensions.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are appreciating the Oneness of creation and are carrying out your part for highest good.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

 

WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today we wish to discuss the energy of change.

 

You are continuing to receive new, incoming energy that surrounds you and bathes your aura in higher frequencies from the Universe.

 

You may experience this as an inviting event, or you may not feel ready for it. No matter what your initial impression may be, you can use this new energy to help you move forward on your ascension path.

 

When the new energy arrives, it may be a higher frequency than your current vibration. As it enters your energy field, you may experience a readjustment as you incorporate the new energy into your current pattern.

 

Change sometimes occurs when new energy arrives. When you look at this from an energetic viewpoint, you can understand it from a higher perspective. You can begin to see it from a multidimensional approach rather than just a third dimensional one

 

You can begin with understanding that energy is neither created nor destroyed but that it can change form. This is illustrated with water taking the form of steam at a high temperature or ice at a low temperature.

 

A similar process also occurs at a human level. When the frequency is raised, a change in the way energy is expressed can occur. For example, you may find that suddenly you are no longer interested in things that you previously felt you couldn’t live without. You may have a desire to learn about completely new concepts. This may come as a surprise to you and those around you. When this occurs, you have likely experienced an energy shift, and your Soul has prompted you that this is the time to take another step on your ascension path and see things from a higher perspective.

 

The way you perceive this change often depends on whether you view it as a welcome or an unwelcome one. If you do not want current conditions to change, adjusting to the new energy may lead to an uncomfortable feeling. However, if you are open to new experiences and are accustomed to viewing things from a higher perspective, you may find the new energy to be welcoming.

 

To assist in understanding change from an energetic perspective, you can view the Universe as an enormous, unlimited field of energy. Within this unlimited field, many types of manifestations occur in both the seen and the unseen realms. These are constantly changing form depending on the energy around them.

 

For example, on the Earth plane, changing from one season to another leads to trees and other plants going from flowering to dormant states and back again. This is a change of energy. The energy has not been lost. It has simply changed form.

 

When you view the energy of change from a multidimensional perspective, you can use the evolving higher frequencies to help you move forward on your ascension path. You recognize the changing nature of energetic frequencies and that this change presents you opportunities to shape the energy into creations for highest good.

 

You can begin to harness and shape this energy through your thoughts and intentions. Thoughts are energy that is being formed into potential creations which are further shaped by emotions. Therefore, keeping your thoughts and emotions positive and focused on highest good can be a helpful starting point to incorporate the new energy.

 

As you focus on highest good, you can call on us and other Beings of Light to assist you in shaping the energy into beneficial manifestations. This may cover a wide range of possibilities, such as creating a piece of art, teaching a new concept, or having a greater understanding on your spiritual path. The important part is that you are seeing the potential benefits of the higher frequency energy and are using it for the greatest good of all. The more you focus on this approach, the stronger it will become, and your loving thoughts will vibrate throughout the Universe.

 

Beloveds, we are happy that you are harnessing the positive potential of the energy of change and using this for highest good.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today we wish to discuss the energy of forgiveness.

The topic of forgiveness has been discussed for many years as a component of spirituality. However, it can also be viewed from an energetic perspective.

Today, we would like to approach forgiveness from an energetic standpoint. Life and creation are made up of energy. This energy remains in an unmanifested form until it is shaped by your thoughts, intentions, emotions, words, and actions.

You may experience this energy taking shape as a word or an action, or you may feel it as an emotion or a thought. Regardless of the form it takes, it is composed of energy. When you are having a thought or an emotion or taking an action, you are sending out energy.

If the thought or action is positive, the energy carries a high vibration. However, if it is done with an angry or hurtful intention, it likely carries a lower vibration. Both the sender and the receiver are affected by the vibration.

The energy of the action remains in the vibrational field of both the sender and the receiver until it is resolved.

Forgiveness is one way to transmute this lower vibrational energy and replace it with a higher form.

If an action was done to you and the sender asks for forgiveness, they have likely recognized the mistake of the action and would like to rectify it. Their request for forgiveness usually carries a higher energetic vibration than the act that previously occurred.

When you receive a request for forgiveness, you have the option either to forgive or to refuse the request. Your response has a direct impact both on you and the other person.

When you forgive someone, you are acting from a higher energetic point. This helps to neutralize the lower vibrational energy that occurred earlier. You are releasing any resentment about the situation that you are carrying. This allows the other person to release any lower energy they are carrying due to their words or actions. As this lower vibrational energy is released, both the sender and the receiver are able to raise their vibration by focusing on Love and forgiveness. This allows both parties to move forward.

Even if the person does not ask for forgiveness, you can forgive them energetically. This clears your energy and opens the door for resolution of the situation.

If you are the one who needs to ask for forgiveness, you are taking a step forward by recognizing that your words or actions were not for highest good. You are offering an olive branch of peace when you ask for forgiveness.

If the other person grants your request, you can both move forward. However, if the other person is not ready to forgive, that is their choice and free will. But you have taken the first step to resolve the situation. Your energy field is clearer as a result. You can remain open to future resolution and send Love to the recipient. The act of asking for forgiveness and sending Love allows your Energetic Signature to rise to a higher harmonic.

When the act of sending or receiving forgiveness occurs, the vibration around both parties rises.

If you are able to look beyond the emotions of the situation and determine what occurred to cause it, you can gain insights and resolve to choose a different and higher vibrational course of action the next time. This allows you to move forward on your ascension path.

When you set your intention for your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions to be in harmony for the highest good of all, you are more likely to keep your energy field clear and more forward in a way that benefits the greater good.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are viewing forgiveness from an energetic perspective. The desire for highest good benefits everyone on the Earth Plane and ripples out into the Universe in a harmonious way.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today we wish to discuss opening to new possibilities.

You are continuing to receive new, incoming waves of higher dimensional energy. They are coming to you throughout your daily life and calling to you to embrace the openings they provide.

They may appear in a variety of ways. You may feel them wash over you as gentle waves of soothing energy that provide you with a sense of well-being and a loving embrace. Or they may appear in your mind’s eye as one scene unfolding into the next in a continuing stream of consciousness. Or you may receive them as insights by looking at a situation or a location in a new way.

No matter what form these waves of energy take, they are inviting you to open to new possibilities and ways of being. They are calling you to view the multidimensionality of life.

In a third-dimensional perspective, events, locations, and situations appear in a fixed, static way. They may seem to be solid with no possibility of any change in the current appearance.

When you look at them with an openness to new possibilities, you are viewing them from a multidimensional perspective. As you let your awareness soften, you may be able to see how other dimensional possibilities are existing simultaneously with the third-dimensional one. They may appear as layers superimposed on each other.

The reality that you perceive depends on your focus and vibrational frequency at the moment. It could be compared to tuning in to a different channel on your television. If you are focused on conducting the activities that are a necessary part of your daily life, you may be tuned in to a third-dimensional frequency, and you will see a situation from the perspective that is in front of you.

When you raise your vibration and focus on other perspectives, you are able to perceive higher dimensional possibilities. They may present themselves as a new way of looking at things, a new course of action, or a different way of being. They are there to offer you opportunities to see the ways in which energy is shaped by your own reality and that you have the ability to rise higher on your ascension path when you are aware of higher dimensional possibilities.

For example, you may be working on a project that can be completed easily but only benefits a few people. However, when you tune in for inner guidance and remain open to new possibilities at different dimensional levels, you may receive a solution that could be approached in another way and will benefit everyone concerned. It is a difference in perspective and vibration.

Being aware of these different levels does not mean that you automatically choose them over what you currently have. They may present themselves for you to open your awareness so that you can choose whether to stay with your current view or alter it as appropriate for this part of your ascension path. They appear to let you know that there are many options and that you are not at a fixed or unchangeable point of energy.

In another example, you may hold a certain view about a particular topic. You have had this view for many years. Then one day you get a glimpse of another point of view around that subject. It may come from something you hear or read, or it may seem to float into your awareness. You can stay with your original view, or you can remain open to seeing it in another light and modifying your view.

You shape your reality with your thoughts, emotions, and intentions. This is part of your earth plane being a free-will planet.

When other possibilities appear, they are providing you with choices so that you can select what seems to be most appropriate for you at the time. Then if you arrive at another point where you want to make a change, you have already received an awareness that other dimensional realities exist.

You can evaluate a new possibility first by seeing how it feels in your heart center. Does the new possibility carry a loving feeling? Is it for your highest good and the greatest good of all? In the higher dimensions a loving vibration and a desire for highest good are needed to work with the higher frequency energy. Then you can determine whether it is feasible and a good fit for you. It may be just a glimpse of a possible future, but it does not mean that you must embrace it or provide the energy for it to become a reality.

When you open yourself to see new possibilities, you become less attached to a fixed way of thinking. You become aware that there are different ways of perceiving the same situation. This opens you to receive higher dimensional information and energy so that you can assimilate it into your field if that is your desire. When you surround your energy field with a vibration of Love and a desire for highest good, you are able to rise to higher states of being.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are opening to new possibilities while keeping a desire for highest good.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today we wish to discuss gratitude as being part of manifestation.

Gratitude is a concept that is generally recognized as part of a spiritual path.

Letting others know that you appreciate how they have helped you is something that is taught to children at an early age. For many years, you may have recognized expressing gratitude as a social grace that is part of polite society.

However, expressing gratitude has an energy of its own. It serves as part of the manifestation process as well as helping you to progress to higher dimensional levels.

Gratitude for receiving something or completing a project is often one of the last steps in the manifestation process. You may express gratitude to those who have helped you with the various steps of the manifestation, and you may extend this to the Beings of Light in the Higher Realms who are always there to assist you when you ask for their help. Expressing gratitude completes the circle of manifestation.

A project usually begins with an idea. This is molded into a concept and expressed as an intention. You have a picture in your mind of what the completed project will be, whether this is a physical project or a state of being you want to achieve.

The next step is to develop a plan to accomplish your goal. You may have a detailed plan at the outset, or you may opt for a more generalized approach and fill in the specific details as you go along. At each step of the way, you can call on the Higher Beings for assistance.

Taking action is the next step. No project will automatically manifest without action. For example, if you have a goal to live a more peaceful life, you may decide to add additional meditation time to your day. Wishing this could occur does not replace actually meditating. Similarly, building a physical project will not occur without putting the pieces together.

After you have decided on your goal, set a clear intention, developed a plan, and taken action steps, your project is completed or your new state of being is in place. You probably feel elated at this point.

However, adding the step of expressing gratitude can yield even greater results for you on your spiritual path.

Expressing gratitude shows that you recognize that many factors were at work during the manifestation process. Perhaps you had assistance from others who actually helped you during the process. They may have provided physical labor or donated supplies, or they may have taken on other responsibilities to allow you to devote more time to your project.

You may have also asked the Beings in the Higher Realms to assist you. They may have arranged for you to meet someone who helped you, or they may have come to you during meditation to give you insights about how to manifest your goal even more easily.

When you express gratitude, an energetic exchange takes place. The mere act of expressing gratitude shows that you are aware that many factors, both seen and unseen, were at work in the manifestation. This sets up a connection in the mind that completes an energetic loop between the first idea and the last action step. If the manifestation process is considered to be a circle, gratitude completes it and closes the loop.

Expressing gratitude also carries a high energetic frequency and prepares you for your next step of progression on your ascension path. The circle that is completed with gratitude can actually be compared to rising higher on a spiral. Although you have completed the process, you rise higher on the spiral of ascension when you express gratitude, thereby increasing your vibration.

Then, because you are vibrating at a higher frequency, you attract even greater possibilities to you for the next step on your path.

Expressing gratitude is a culminating step in the manifestation process and sets the stage for your new creation for highest good.

Beloved, we are happy that you recognize the interconnectness of all of Creation when you express gratitude. We enjoy working with you when you call on us for assistance in developing your creative experiences.

Greetings Beloved Ones,

WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today we wish to discuss being focused.

You are making rapid advancement on your ascension path. You have learned what is right for you and what is part of your mission in this incarnation.

As you continue your progress, we urge you to remain focused on your path.

There are many elements and forces during these turbulent times that present challenges if you let your attention stray too long from your spiritual goals and mission. These situations may tug at your emotions and temporarily distract you from your most important purposes of advancing spiritually and being of service for highest good.

While these situations may present themselves as glittering opportunities or matters of great urgency, your greatest gift to yourself and to humanity is to remain focused on your spiritual goals and to hold your vibration high.

You are not living in times of either/or situations. There are many shades of difference in whatever occurs. With your powers of discernment, you are able to see beyond the presenting situation and determine what is really occurring and how this affects the progress of humanity.

When you focus only on the two sides of a situation, you can become enmeshed in the debate. However, when you keep your focus on your spiritual goals of highest good, you are able to discern what is happening, and you can shine your Light for the benefit of advancement for all who wish to do so.

Your Light is becoming brighter each moment that you focus on highest good. You realize that each Soul is at its own point of progress on the ascension path. When you endeavor to keep your focus on highest good, your Light becomes even brighter, and this benefits all who are around you. Your Light is a beacon of peace and hope, and it radiates out into the multidimensions.

To keep your focus steady and unwavering, you may wish to spend time each day focusing on your spiritual goals. The morning is a good time to do this before you begin your day. This sets a spiritual ideal, or desired state of being, and reference point for your thoughts, emotions, and actions during the day. Then, whatever arises during your day, you have a gauge or guidepost by which to view each situation. This keeps you on a steady and clear path. You do not let your attention stray by pondering what is right and what is wrong. You are clear on where you are in relation to what is occurring.

At the end of the day, you can review the events that have occurred and compare your thoughts and responses with your ideal. You can see whether your actions were in alignment with your ideal. This allows you to make mental corrections if you wish you had responded in a different way.

The thoughts you have during this process are setting a course that will guide you in future situations. Each time you mentally replay a situation and focus your thoughts, words, and actions for highest good, you are setting the stage for this to occur whenever similar circumstances happen. You are setting the pathways in the brain to automatically bring forth the responses that are for highest good. Then, whenever a situation occurs and you do not have time to think, you already have a predetermined set of values to guide you.

As you repeat this process daily, your desired pattern will be strengthened. You will feel more secure in your direction, and you will find yourself rising to even higher levels and dimensions.

You will begin to discern even more subtle distinctions in your thoughts, and you can make adjustments that allow you to set even higher levels of spiritual goals. As you rise to higher dimensions, you are able to discern the higher spiritual principles that occur at each level. The basic principle may remain the same, but the subtle differences and understanding increase with each level.

This is why similar situations may present themselves as you ascend on your path. You are being given an opportunity to see a higher understanding and to incorporate this into your spiritual goals and practices.

When you focus on your desired spiritual ideal at the beginning of each day and review your thoughts and actions at the end of the day, you have an opportunity to make these adjustments on an ongoing basis. This allows you to progress more smoothly because you have paid attention to the gentle prompts from the Higher Beings of Light.

Your steady focus on your spiritual goals assists you in holding the Light for highest good and rising to higher dimensions.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are remaining focused on your spiritual goals that are your guiding principles. We are with you as you continue to ascend on your path.
